Your provider will send the compounding script directly to Midwest Compounding in Clive via phone or fax.
The Midwest Compounding team creates the customized compounded medication. If there are any questions, we will contact your provider directly.
Once the prescription is filled, you can pick up your medication from Midwest Compounding, from one of our Medicap locations, or we can deliver it to local residences for FREE!
